Great Success

Sarah and I successfully completed the challenge! WHOOOOO!

"Did you notice that Ms. Scarlet is Asian?"

After the lunch rush, the ratty got really quiet, and our large group shrank down to just me, Sarah, Anton, and Rome. I started watching an episode of House since Sarah and Anton are studying for their final, but then with Yarnell's arrival, Clue started up again. After Sarah beat me to an accusation, I overcompensated the next game and made an accusation before I was sure and lost. The highlight of the game was after I suggested that Ms. Scarlet might be the culprit, Anton passed me a card and then when I gave it back to him said, "Did you notice that Ms. Scarlet is Asian?" Thankfully Rome had already seen that Anton posessed the Ms. Scarlet card.

I am going to grab dinner in a few minutes given that I have entered the final hour of the challenge, and Adam, Caitlyn, Will, and Lazer are here right now.

Today, Troy and I decided to play spades on-line against other people, and cheat by looking at each other's cards. We lost both times. FML

Lunch Time Updates

Not too much has happened since the last post. We have had several more visitors (Joel, Scult, Troy, Robbins, Anton, Winograd, DBlock), and we played an exciting game of Clue, in which Troy, as Mr. Green, figured out that it was Ms. Scarlet in the library with the rope. A very detailed video update is on the way (as soon as Robbins can get his computer working), and right now, as the itis from the tacos settles in, Sarah decides to do some studying and I am debating between watching TV and trying to play Troy in on-line stratego.

Defeated Crossword, Defeated by Sudoko

Sarah and I took down the beast that is the Wednesday ProJo crossword (with help from Ziplow, who came to visit with Caitlyn). We then set our sights on the Sudoku, where I made a costly mistake somewhere and am thus unable to continue. Sarah on the other hand just finished it successfuly.

Looking forward to grabbing some tacos soon.

Ratty Challenge Redux

Two and half years later, the ratty challenge blog is revived! I, Toby Cohen, along with long-time friend Sarah Goldman arrived at 7:30 this morning and promptly claimed our spot in the back cave. After some issues with faulty outlets in the ratty, we are fully operational, and currently working our way through the ProJo crossword puzzle.

Shae is here right now enjoying his breakfast, and Jeff L was foolishly sitting by himself until Shae discovered him and brought him here.
